I’ve been wanting to go watch the new live action Lion King in theaters but I’ve also been hesitant. I don’t exactly love the idea of Disney making a live action film out of every single 90’s classic. I feel like it’s unoriginal and just another way to get people’s attention and therefore make a lot of money! I’m probably going to watch it eventually because The Lion King is my absolute favorite movie from my childhood and because I will give in to peer pressure and my boyfriend will probably take me. I’m not saying I won’t enjoy it, in fact, I will probably be bawling the entire time but I won’t be proud of it either. Either way I guess what I’m saying is I feel old and I need Disney to stop reminding me of it!
